About Me

My name is Karen and I have been in the beauty industry for over 20 years, going to work in my first salon when I was 16. Receiving unofficial training from my coworkers and learning the inside operation of the salon, I gradually took on management responsibilities assisting the salon owner. I made the decision then that I also wanted to learn the technical skills necessary to move forward in the business. I attended International Beauty College, a Pivot Point Member School, where I was taught the Scientific Approach to Hair Design. I have now been licensed since 2004, managing salons in the Ft Worth area for 5 of those years. I have been fortunate to work with and learn from so many talented people in the industry and now I am taking the opportunity to build my own business.

I have extensive knowledge of the Redken product and color lines. I offer services in Women's Hair Design, including single process and dimensional color, hair cutting and styling.
